Be the best!

We need a Major Baseball league in the United Kingdom. It would be great for the kids, too. Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! I hear you say. But absolute determination makes all the difference in the world when one is faced with challenges since the winning formula in today's competitive global baseball markets is not with those who are too conceited to think they have the know-how keenness of vision but with those who are prepared to master the fundamentals of the game, both, in a theoretical demeanour and a pragmatic deportment, and, of course be determined to go further than their natural boundaries, particularly, when the benefits are likely to result in valuable insights. It is a fact that an idea often belongs not necessarily to those who conceived it but to those who implement it. Indeed, it is my wish to build a team good enough to take the many challenges ahead and win the league time and time again, of course, and enjoy the satisfaction of working on a problem as a whole and in depth. Both, my current coaching position and social style enable me to combine a high degree of trust with a high level of social self-confidence as a result I am able to comfortably and confidently interact in even the most complex social situations. I am seldom fearful of my environment and I am both assertive and trusting but my greatest asset is my ability to confidently communicate with others in any situation. I see this as a very important aptitude since the ability to communicate and work with others are crucial skills in human relations, and far more important than any lack of qualifications, competence or skill. One does not need a degree in human psychology in order to understand and respect those special things about an individual which distinguish him from everyone else. I would, therefore, try with all my mighty, without sounding too condescending, to instil into my players' mind my way of thinking and I expect them to pay careful attention to my instructions of how to go about a particular drill.Yeah! Be the best!
