Winter has come and the 2009  Baseball Season has gone!

Up in the clouds I raised a glass to the New York Yankees as they conquered the Philadelphia Phillis at Yankee Stadium to clinch their 27th Major League Baseball World Series title. Indeed, it doesn't get any better than winning the MLB World Series but as the news spread on 05 November 2009 I could not help being a bit jealous as I am a Mets fan. Certainly memories are made on the field of playing since it is there where the signs are taught and learnt for a good game, and as I look forward to the 2010 baseball season I wish the New York Mets the very best in the upcoming season. As I said above, winter has come and I will be off soon to the U.S.A. l shall miss you all for that time but I promise that I will let you have one more update before I leave. The reason, yeah! What's the reason? Well, the reason for my travelling to the States is to enrich my coaching experience so that I can help kids from a different walk of life in the United Kingdom and elsewhere in the world to learn the game of baseball and to show them how to use the game as a vehicle to be better citizens. A good enough reason I think since the need to be prepared to face the ups and downs of good and bad luck in life and succeed in today's world is of paramount importance, and my aim in my position as a coach is to help everyone to achieve their maximum potential so that they can make a positive contribution to society as a whole.
