Alex Rodriguez delivered big time at Citizens Bank Park last night with the bat in the ninth as Yankees defeated the Phillis in Game 4 to make the series 3 to 1 in their favour!

CC Sabathia mano a mano with Joe Blanton lived up to everyone's expectation as both hurlers performed brilliantly on the mound last night at Citizens Bank Park for their respective teams. However, in every competition for good or ill there have to be winners and losers and the visitors were in this occasion the victors. I must singled out Alex Rodriguez for praise since it was his double which produced the go-ahead run in the ninth inning even though the visitors scored twice more in that inning. Final score: Yankees 7 Phillis 4.
