Coaching Tips

A good coach will never ask his player to do something that he cannot do himself but he would certainly endeavour to do his very best to help his players to fulfil their potential through constant drills. Albeit, I take baseball very seriously I believe in treating every player as an individual and I take time to find out who the player is and what training needs he/she has. Furthermore, I am committed to ensuring that all players in the academy are equal participants in the Academy's activities and, that they are given all the necessary means and knowledge both intellectually and physically in order to be successful. My aim is to develop today's young players into tomorrow's professional ones. Indeed, I have been brought up with a very strong pattern that I am not to get too big for my boots and therefore my ambitions are moderate, in spite of that I believe that it is okay to have a dream. Having said that, one must believe in oneself and work hard towards making that dream into reality and I can assure you it is achievable but it can only be made possible by one's enterprise and resolution". Certainly, absolute determination makes all the difference in the world when one is faced with challenges since the winning formula in today's competitive global baseball markets is not with those who are too conceited to think they have the know-how keenness of vision but with those who are prepared to master the fundamentals of the game, both, in a theoretical demeanour and a pragmatic deportment, and, of course be determined to go further than their natural boundaries, particularly, when the benefits are likely to result in valuable insights. It is a fact that an idea often belongs not necessarily to those who conceived it but to those who implement it. Indeed, it is my wish to build a team good enough to take the many challenges ahead and win, of course. Yeah! Reach for the stars. Be the best since nothing’s impossible if your heart is really in it.
