In every competition there have to be winners and losers but at Figueras Baseball Academy we would not encourage to gloat at the abject failure of our rival and you can rely on us to steer confidently away from any such potentially occurrence. Malicious pleasure are not overlooked but we embrace a plan of continuous improvement where everybody benefit. We believe in celebrating achievement and promoting responsible behaviour wherever possible. Indeed, we believe that all players achievement should be recognised and certificates will be awarded to those who show willingness to learn and they will also be given to those in recognition of consistent endeavour and participation in the academy community.
