Figueras Baseball Academy embraces a plan of continuous improvement where exceptionally gifted players will not be the only ones to benefit from its equal opportunity principle for which the academy was conceived since great emphasis is placed on galvanizing players to succeed. We believe in celebrating achievement and promoting responsible behaviour wherever possible. Indeed, we believe that all players achievement should be recognised and certificates will be awarded to those who show willingness to learn and they will also be given to those in recognition of consistent endeavour and participation in the academy community.
