Pure joy at Citi Field last night as the Mets continue proving the experts wrong as they clinched their fourth victory in an equal number of outings. Indeed, all's well that ends well so long as issues are reversed by a good outcome. Mets' opening pitcher, Mike Pelfrey, eclipsed the sky at take off and the Rockies were confined to within bound as he conceded a mere seven hits in six frames for no runs while striking out five batters. Relievers, Pedro Feliciano and Sean Green combined to close the game for the Mets. Final score: Mets 4 Rockies 0.
