Philadelphia Phillies and New York Mets are meeting tonight in a match that promises passion and enterprise. Jerry Manuel, Mets' skipper, believes there is plenty more to come from his team after they thrashed the Nationals away last Sunday afternoon. Nevertheless, this three game series will give the Mets an opportunity to get even with the Phillies as they are currently three games behind the visitors before a pitch has been thrown. There is no doubt that tonight's game at Citi Field will be about the Mets controlling a few early nerves and coming out to play at their best as they need to banish a few demons in their offensive department. Certainly, Santana is not afraid to tackle big teams but he needs the support of his team mates to keep the Mets in the hunt for a place in the World Series final.
