Budget's day!

Austere regard of control was the position of the Chancellor of exchequers, Alistar Darling, as he stood up to Gordon Brown's demands for more fiscal inducement. It was not a squall of the lips but it gave him the prerogative of speech to say his piece as he advised Gordon to be circumspect with the allotment of benefits to the general public since it may only serve the purpose of creating an artificial recovery of the economy which the country can do without. However, Darling unveiled a 1.7 million million pounds sterling job-creation plan which will be financed by a fifty pence top tax on the earnings of those earning over 150000 grand. Nevertheless, I thought it was about time that someone told Gordon to stop wasting the treasure of our time with his head in the clouds as he needs to get real and halt the borrowing which is braking the sinews of our ability to afford repayment in the immediate future as our offspring might be lumbered with repayment of a debt that they have not incurred.
