Team Venezuela ain't finished yet as they conjured a triumph of pride and passion last night against Team Italy but there is no time to look back and enjoy the victory or bemoan past losses as the team needs to start engineering a plan to avenge the defeat it suffered at the hands of Team USA last Sunday as the two teams meet for the second time in the tournament tonight in Toronto. Miguel Cabrera was the main contributor to the Venezuela's cause as he went 3 for 4 including a gargantuan homer in the fifth inning. Having said that history was made in that encounter when passion and power ran at its peak as Bobby Abreu, Miguel Cabrera, Jose Lopez and Ramon Hernandez went over the fence to ignite a feast of homers. Based on this result, I would not bet against my paisanos to go all the way and clinch the title. Final score: Team Venezuela  10  Team Italy  1.
