An unwarranted arrest, the Tories claimed! 

Your attention please. In the interest of the people of this country I would like to point out the fact that the sun has officially gone on holiday to the tropic; nevertheless, it appears that a hot northwest current of air has prompted the Celsius temperature to its highest in the political arena as Westminster absorbed most of the warmth yesterday which emanated from the unwarranted arrest of the Conservative MP, Damian Green, and the search of his office, at the Palace of Westminster, by the police. As amusing it might seem to many it is not intended to be entertaining since it is a very serious allegation and the Tories are fully aware of the implications for they are in the process of building the pillars that might support the foundations of a future Conservative administration. However, the Tories claimed that Damian Green did not yield to temptation for he was not the intended recipient of the alleged e-mail as they maintained that there was mischief at play as their man denied having anything to do with the leaked document fiasco which brought him into conflict with the authorities. He averred that the accusation was made with malice aforethought and the fact that a warrant for his arrest was not issued is a stronger and more certain reason for being so.
