The whole world was watching as the people of Venezuela came out to support wholeheartedly their democratic system in yesterday's Governor elections! Very well done everyone!

Venezuela's reputation for political stability has been reiterated by the faith of its people in democracy!
The weekend is over and the people of Venezuela had exercised their right to vote their representatives of States into office and it has also reiterated Venezuela's reputation for political stability as it was widely felt that there was certain amount of scepticism at play in the north of the Americas. Today most Venezuelan look back on yesterday's election as an end to a period of animosity and antagonism but most of all they all look forward to seeing the good old days returning to their nation. Nevertheless, as the country returns to work this monday morning the advent of austerity and structural adaptation make them seem to be carrying the world upon their shoulders but hope is all they have for there is not much else out there when there is not seemingly light at the end of the tunnel. They fully know the reason for their plight as the days of a free spending economy have all been archived in history but they must find the inspiration and the push to realise that it is all within them to make the best of what they have into something good. Do something, they must. Fix the hole where the rains gets in, mend the fuse of their faulty life, they must, fetch some wood to feed the fire if they are cold and find their own peace of mind by making a contribution to their community. Wake up, they must, cry no tears, crack a joke instead and laugh the laughters of resolution and find what they most want and have no fear, they must. Be determined and they will find what their are looking for. Just remember those wise words once Simon Bolivar sow in the mind of his people - en aquel entonces "Cada pueblo, cada hombre, sirve para alguna cosa"
