Twisted thinking is the exclusive cause of nearly all mankind's sufferings but Hugo Chavez is showing the world that he is a real friend of the environment as he maintains a long green view of the Globe!

Keeping a balance on environmental issues by encouraging drivers to stock up on better choices and give up their gas guzzlers is the aim of President Chavez as he endeavours to making Venezuela environmentally friendly.  Albeit, those changes might be costly to the economy of the country, especially  when there is a global economic downturn at the present time, as he is considering to ask those who are still driving big cars to exchange their vehicles for free greener cars and he might even throw in a year of free fuel to those who take him up on his proposal, it makes a lot of sense to tackle air pollution now rather than late for I am very convinced that in the long run it would be money well-spent since it will bring relief to environmental issues which are effecting the well-being of the globe and its inhabitants as a whole.  I take my hat off to you, Sir, very well done.
