Learning is for life and the price is a good education.

Democracy defines a government which is governed by the people or by their elected representatives.

The answer to the above question was an obvious one to literate people of this country but not a clear one for those, away from these shores, who are not allowed to experience the full content of the definition . Indeed, democracy means having one's say and the Government's role is to champion and represent the social, economic and environmental well-being of the country and its people. Its role must be based on its position as the national elected democratic body to work in an open and transparent manner, seeking to keep its people informed and involved throughout its role as their representatives.  Therefore, if dangerous hands are allowed to get hold of guns, knives and the free-speech is gagged it would be indeed a blow to the heart of the definition of democracy and all it stands for.
