Only a fool rushes into an over-hasty reaching of conclusions!

Muted trumpets accompanied a subdued Mets' team when they left Miami for Texas last night in search of fresh water fish so that they can fulfil their long-felt want of capturing Major League richest prize.  Albeit, the Marlins gave the Mets the mitten when they defeated the latter twice in three outings to win the series I still think the Mets are as good as a bet to win the whole thing this season since they have the personnel to make a visible difference and overcome what is put in front of them.
