Playing the part of a Tudor sheepdog in episode two of the BBC 2 series 'Tudor Monastery Farm' to be screened tomorrow evening (20.11.13) is Hugh and Jacqui Emerson's Brambledale Bessie Black, handled by Hugh in the guise of a Tudor shepherd.
