I have fought my first DBA 3.0 Battle. I fought solo. I took the Early Imperial Roman army and my Solo system took the Ancient Birtians. First thing I noticed was the large move distances brought the armies into contact alot quicker. The Light Horse moves enabled the Britains to easily out flank me and threatened my camp. In fact my cavalry spen the entire battle countering that threat.

The Britains Launched a frontal assault on my Legionaires (Blades) and Auxliary troops. The Warbands smashed through my lines, the Roman Artillery fell to a flank attack by a light chariot. I lost the battle 4 elements to 0 ! 

In my defence I did have some dreadful PIP rolls!
