I have just obtained Sue Laflin-Barker's "Start Ancient Wargaming Using DBA 3.0".

Contains a battle narrative, details on collecting and painting minatures and terrain and the DBA 3.0 rules themselves with sample army lists.

Over the next few weeks I intend to try out these rules for Early Imperial Roman versus Ancient British, Early Imperial Roman versus Parthian, War of the Roses, Norman Versus Anglo Saxon and Polybian Roman versus Carthage.
