Thankyou Mary Heaton for looking out these pictures of Allan, in 1946, with his first sheepdog, a GSD called Broadshaw Bonnie.   Allan and Mary recently received the Wilkinson Sword for services to the world of sheepdogs;   I bet not many would know his first dog was an 'Alsatian'!
