A very exciting double gather trial was put on today by Ian Murdoch at Sheriff Hutton

There was a 500 yard outrun to the left for the 1st lift for four sheep, turn back to left 350 yds after 250 yds fetch, for 2nd lot of four sheep to be united and taken round the course, split into two fours and one four penned.

C Cutler and Ben won,  B Harland and Jed, with first run of day, was 2nd.   Bob was also 4th with Shep, see above, and I was thrilled to hit all, shed and pen with good old Joss for 5th place.
