At present ArtMap Argyll, in the most part, is a self funded group – each
artist contributed towards the cost of printing and design, many also put in long hours of organisation to make this happen.
Thanks to Eileen Rae at Argyll & Bute Council we received a grant which has covered 20% of our overall costs and was used for advertising and signage.
We are eternally grateful to West Loch Graphics who tolerated our often colourful discussions on layout to design and produce this brochure.
Thanks also to John Saich and Marcus Wilson from HI~Arts for their continued support.
The Grey Gull Hotel in Ardrishaig has kindly let us use their space for endless meetings for which we offer our greatest thanks.
And a big thanks to all spouses, partners and family of the artists involved for their support and in many cases allowing the public into their homes.
Future Advertisers and Contributors:
We plan to involve many more artists across Argyll in the 2009 event and urge anyone interested to contact us at:
admin@artmapargyll.com
Also any business interested in advertising next year please get in touch.
