What you might experience...

 

  • Feeling your NOT GOOD ENOUGH - feeling like your not hot enough, not talented enough, not smart enough, just generally not as good as other people

 

  • Not achieving your DESIRED SELF IMAGE - wanting to look different than you do, or just being unhappy with your body or looks

 

  • Setting the bar TOO HIGH - setting yourself an unreasonable target of the person you want to be, setting your standards so high you will never be happy

  • Constantly COMPARING yourself to others - seeing others as smarter, more talented or better looking and being jealous of what they have

 

  • Feeling PRESSURE that isn't really there - imagining that your family or friends expect more from you than they do. Feeling like your letting people down constantly

 

  • LACK OF MOTIVATION to move foreword - fearing failure and letting that failure hold you back from doing things to move you on 

 

  • Changes in your SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR - either thinking everyone dislikes you and seeking isolation or over compensating and trying to be everyone's best friend to make you feel wanted
