TALK! Whether it is to us, a close friend, family member or a teacher, confiding in someone really will help. We cannot stress this point enough! Talking is going to be crucial for your recovery

Come to us at any time. We are here to help you through whatever's going on in your life, if you want to stay annonymous you can text or email us or if you want to talk to us face to face drop by and see us at our drop in centre at school or ask for an appointment
- Remember that you can always go to your doctor. They can refer you to proffesionals who can help, perscribe you various therapies and even just give you a diagnosis which can be a real relief
You might notice that a lot of "symptoms" cross over between these issues and that there is a wide range of ways in which people can react to a mental health condition. Just because someone appears to be a happy, outgoing individual it may not be the whole story as that is just how some people deal with their condition.
