What you might experience...
- Finding that you can only focus on the NEGATIVE - not being able to see the positive side of anything going on in your life
- Spending ridiculous amounts of time WORRYING about the future - when you can't enjoy the present because you are so caught up in what could go wrong
- Realising that you seem to be STRESSING THE SMALL THINGS - when you are getting stupidly worried about things that really don't matter but you can't stop yourself thinking about them
- Excessively PLANNING your entire life - writing lists constantly, needing a plan set in stone before you can do anything and basically letting yourself be controlled by the need for organisation
- Starting to FEAR THE IRRATIONAL - being terrified of things that wouldn't of worried you in the past. Things that are completely irrational and small can start to take over your life
