What you might experience...

  • A general LACK OF MOTIVATION - you can't be bothered to get up, or be sociable or study, which if your in school can become a real issue

  • BEHAVIOURAL CHANGES - can make you become reckless or impulsive in your behaviour, or possibly overly careful and withdrawn

  • Changes to your APPETITE - either over eating or a complete loss of appetite

  • SLEEP ISSUES - unable to sleep or constantly tired

  • Irrational or swinging MOODS - seeing that you're becoming suddenly aggresive or upset but with no way to control yourself

  • Issues with your SELF ESTEEM - having no confidence in yourself, feeling that you're no good or that you're ugly, or useless, or just not good enough

  • Problems with CONCENTRATION - not being able to listen, having to re-read a paragraph over and over again before taking anything in, not fully hearing what people are saying or even having trouble connecting with them

  • Changes in your SOCIAL ATTITUDES - either being completely socially isolated or over compencating by trying to be the centre of attention, needing to be constantly around people or needing to be alone
