Depression
What you might experience...
- A general LACK OF MOTIVATION - you can't be bothered to get up, or be sociable or study, which if your in school can become a real issue
- BEHAVIOURAL CHANGES - can make you become reckless or impulsive in your behaviour, or possibly overly careful and withdrawn
- Changes to your APPETITE - either over eating or a complete loss of appetite
- SLEEP ISSUES - unable to sleep or constantly tired
- Irrational or swinging MOODS - seeing that you're becoming suddenly aggresive or upset but with no way to control yourself
- Issues with your SELF ESTEEM - having no confidence in yourself, feeling that you're no good or that you're ugly, or useless, or just not good enough
- Problems with CONCENTRATION - not being able to listen, having to re-read a paragraph over and over again before taking anything in, not fully hearing what people are saying or even having trouble connecting with them
- Changes in your SOCIAL ATTITUDES - either being completely socially isolated or over compencating by trying to be the centre of attention, needing to be constantly around people or needing to be alone
