HOW WE CAN HELP
Here at UME we want to do everything we can to make your experience with mental health, easier and less stressful so in this section we provide you with tips for what to do on a down day, a step by step guide on what to do if you think you might be suffering from a mental health condition, a section designed purely to make you laugh when you feel like crying and a guide for parents and friends on how to act around a loved one who is suffering.
