For those who have been anxiously waiting for news on Meg, I think we can safely say that it looks very likely that in about five weeks time she should be hearing the patter of tiny paws! In the last couple of weeks we have seen her become uncharacteristically quiet and thoughtful, and in the last couple of days her normally robust appetite has failed her, and she has looked distinctly queasy at the very mention of food.

Now her waistline has vanished overnight we have decided that there's probably no need to have her scanned, and instead will be concentrating on providing that bit of extra TLC that every mother-to-be deserves.

Of course there is a distinct possibility that the arrival of her litter may clash with Crufts but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it!
