Honey, Beattie and Lacey enjoyed their trip up to Scotland for this well-organised and friendly show.  We stayed the night before at the Annandale Water services and can recommend the rooms - but not the dog walking area which was sadly waterlogged and liberally adorned with goose droppings, popular with the dogs but less so with the human members of the party!

After a good night's sleep it was a short and scenic journey to the venue, for a full day of showing and socialising

The highlight of the day was meeting up with Ringo, our sweet big brown boy, now happily settled with his new family in Scotland

Although Beattie on this occasion failed to catch the judge's eye, we were pleased that the youngsters Lacey and her brother Sona both picked up rosettes in their classes under judge of the day Mrs Yvonne Fox (Bushblades)

The older dogs Creaglion and Honey were both placed third in their respective classes, and were delighted to see their friend Jessica take Best Veteran In Show before setting off through the sudden icy rain for the long drive home
