We are devastated to have to announce the sudden and shocking news that we have lost our darling Blaze, following a short illness.

Our vets are baffled, we hope for some clues from the blood tests in due course, but that won't bring our special boy back.

To all the lucky owners of his sons and daughters we say, give them an extra hug today. Blaze loved the puppies so much, now he is reunited at the Bridge with the little son of his and Ruby's who didn't make it.

Like his kennel mate the Honey Trap, Blaze was named for one of singer/songwriter Dean Dyson's beautiful songs. The chorus of "Heartsong", a most haunting melody, has the following lyrics......

Sums it up really, what a dog like Blaze can bring to us in his short life.
