Our friend Liz visited last night to put her skilled hands on the dogs, and after a series of adjustments Ruby is clearly feeling more comfortable with herself - we had noticed she seemed a little stiff which we put down to the stresses of pregnancy and a lengthy whelping.  Both Ruby's and Honey's pelvises came in for some adjustments, and Jess also enjoyed a good session followed by a massage plus Reiki in preparation for her vet visit today.

The good news is that Jessie's little operation went according to plan and she is now home sleeping it off.  She surfaced to take a little warm chicken broth a couple of hours ago and seems totally herself!  No doubt by tomorrow she'll be back to bossing us all around, shaven eye socket and all.....

Liz also checked the puppies for us, and found several slightly out of line, which was fascinating, as this is something we have not done before, but which does tie in with our philosophies, and our intention to give our pups the best possible start in life.
