Walking with a bit more of a swagger today is Blaze, since yesterday, with only a little encouragement, he successfully mated Ruby.

Now it's "fingers crossed" and we hope for the patter of little paws in mid-June.  We are really looking forward to this litter which will be third-generation naturally-reared and should combine exceptional vigour and health with good breed type.  In her one previous litter Ruby produced both browns and slates so a similar mix is likely this time.

In the meantime the other three girls, Meg, Diva and Honey continue in season so a great deal of "girlie bonding" is going on!
