SKETCH No. 6

Tunnel Portal at Millbrook end. It would look like as if the road is going to go down under a bridge.

A sketch showing a possible layout of the junction of the tunnel and Quarry Street. Northbound surface lane and the footway are located on the strip of land taken out of the car park site. A new entry ramp to the car park is created off the surface lane and car park layout is altered to suit the new arrangement. On the east side, a strip of land is similarly taken to locate the surface lane and the footway. Quarry Street junction is modified to cater for the surface lane.
