Living Rooms

Sanctuary Barn has been converted in an open plan style. Downstairs is a large kitchen dining room, while impressive oak galleried stairs lead up to a snug living room area, centred around the biomass wood pellet boiler which provides carbon neutral central heating and hot water. The property is super-insulated, and despite it's high and isolated location, is toasty warm.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, electric cooker, microwave, CD/radio, crockery and cutlery. The dining table has 8 chairs and is extendable; and the dining room has vast amounts of tourist material, flora and fauna books, CDs etc.

The living room has TV with Freesat, a DVD player and some DVDs, and lots of books and board games provided.
