News - as of 2012, we will be offering our 1 bedroom farmhouse Leonard's Cragg (the white house pictured below) for rental too - at rates as low as £185 a week. Please check the bookings page for information.

Sanctuary Barn is a 3 bedroom "green" barn conversion, located in the Upper Eden Valley, on the edge of the North Pennines AONB and the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

With footpaths from the door, and views over the Pennines to the nearby Lakes District, it is an ideal secluded get-away for 6 (to 8), right at the heart of the roof of England.
