There are some particular sets of species which are of special biodiversity importance.

Grassland fungi (CHEGDs) The initials stand for four groups pf fungi characteristic of  unimproved grasslands. H is for Hygrocybe the Waxcaps which are a distinctive and attractive group of fungi. Below is a link to a useful article on this group.
