Mamod Accessories.

The first accessory I gained for my collection was this Mamod WS1.....

.....this little "all in one" workshop in the later standard blue and red livery was produced to accompany the later "SP" range of Mamod Stationary Engines produced from I think 1979 onwards. This Workshop has a central "lineshaft" which in turn powers four miniature tools, these being a hammer, a grinder, a punch and a buffer.

The Mamod Lineshaft.

This particular model was produced around the late 1960s I think.....

.....these were produced to accompany the Minors 1 and 2 Stationary Engines and not forgetting of course the "SE" range of Engines being in the same red and pastel green livery. This accessory was used to power the early range of Mamod workshop tools. Although tatty and well used, this line shaft is complete and in full working order.

Mamod Pedestal Grinder.

Here's a little elderly and well used piece of kit, a humble but ever popular Mamod Pedestal Grinder.....

......this little accessory still has the carborundum wheels in place where as later models have brass immitation grinding wheels. This I think is from around the mid 1960s, again another tatty example but none the less, fully functioning.

Hopefully, more to come.................
