Christopher had always promised his mother, that one day he would buy her a house, with a garden. | Home Cottage - 1920'sHere is a picture that was taken after Christopher had purchased the two cottages and commissioned his father and brother-in-law to build the first extension. He referred to it as the East Wing! This was for the kitchen, two additional bedrooms and a new staircase. |
