Dining Room

 Below there is a photograph showing how the room looked on the day that we viewed the property for the first time. The ceiling was at two levels and covered with 'stuck-on' beams.

We felt that the dining room had to reflect the Victorian period with opulance. So when some Oak Panelling came up for auction, we put in a bid! It came complete with the oak archway, coving and skirting boards.

The room as it was.	Where did all that rubble come from?
Ah that's nice, an original Victorian Fireplace.	Panelling is going up around the walls and some solid oak laminate going round the edge of the room.
The ceiling levelled and freshly plastered. Some of the oak panelling is up.	Some ornate plasterwork on the ceiling, painted and ready for the chandelier!
