Franklin David Ruckman, Sr.

Dr. Frank Ruckman, age 70 of Westmoreland passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015. Funeral services for Dr. Ruckman will be conducted: Sunday, August 30, 2015 at 3:00 PM from Gallatin 1st Church of the Nazarene with Dr. Alan Thompson , Rev. Michael B. Blankenship and Rev. Lawrence Golden officiating.  Interment to follow in New Hope Cemetery .  Visitation will be:  Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodard Funeral Home and on  Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Gallatin 1st Church of the Nazarene.

Dr. Ruckman received his Doctorate of Education and worked in the Education field for 45 years. He was on the Board of Directors for Cornerstone Financial Credit Unioon and also a member of Gideons International.

Parents: David  and  Violet  Ruckman,

He is survived by his:
Wife of 47 years - Sylvia Ruckman, Westmoreland, TN,
Sons - Frank Ruckman, Jr. (Stephanie), Lebanon, TN,
              John Ruckman (Kreslyn), Westmoreland, TN,
Grandchildren- Dana, Makayla, John Andrew, Carley, Emma Rose,
                  Ella and Jamison      
Sisters - Jan Atkisson, Crestview, FL,
                 Frances Golden (Lawrence), McEwen, TN,
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
