Purpose of the Scholarship Fund: To assist lineage of David Little Ruckman and Priscilla Wade Ruckman, who plan to continue their education in an accredited technical school, business school or college.

Please submit 3 letters of reference to the committee (FIRST-TIME APPLICANTS only). . References must not be related to the applicant. Please send transcript of credits from high school or college / university (We WILL accept unofficial or official transcripts from college / university applicants), to the scholarship committee. Once, you have provided proof of registration as a full time student carrying at least 12 credit hours per semester, qualified for, and received the scholarship, your check will be mailed to the university's Bursor Office.
FIRST-TIME Applicants MUST ALSO APPEAR for "formal interview", before the Scholarship Committee, to be conducted SATURDAY AFTERNOON during the week-end of the Ruckman Heritage Foundation Meeting and the Ruckman Reunion, which is held on Sunday.
