Upon graduation from their course of study, and as a promising young American adult who, just happens to be a PROUD member of the “David Little Ruckman and Priscilla Wade Ruckman” Clan, we hope that our scholarship recipients will consider GIVING BACK into our Scholarship Fund.  It is only through the generosity of our extended family, can we make this scholarship possible for the NEXT generation of family members.  Remember, a “Ruckman Mind would be a terrible thing to waste”. 

 Since the inception of the "Ruckman Scholarship",  We have already awarded OVER $ 44,500.00 in Scholarships (Through 2015 year).

The meeting was held at the Hampton Inn board room at 5 p.m. and opened by chairperson Gene Winebrenner. The first order of business was a review of the 4 scholarship applications, 3 from previous undergraduate scholarship awardees and 1 from Rebecca S. who is undergoing to be a graduate student. Since the by-laws state that the awards are giving to undergraduates, Rebecca S's application was denied. The other applications were reviewed and accepted.
