QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Have had responsibility to lead on implementing the PQASSO Quality Assurance System for Voluntary & Community Organisations in previous employment.
- Led on and managed successful accreditation of the ‘Investing in Volunteers’ quality assurance accreditation whilst employed in a previous organisation.
- Led on application that led to being East Midland’s Regional Award Winners for the National ‘Make A Difference’ awards, presented by the Home Secretary, Michael Howard.
- In the vinvolved team (Leicestershire & Rutland), being the lead on achieving the Youth Action Network’s ‘Reach’ youth participation & involvement accreditation.
- Have awareness and understanding of the theory and practice of ‘Hear by Right’; and support available from a range of organisations, etc, including ‘National Youth Agency’; ‘Youth Action Network’; ‘Participation Works’; ‘Youth Service’, etc.
