Malcolm Fripp Memorial Dig

Sunday 10th September.

Members of the DWP and DRH clubs gathered today to remember Malcolm Fripp who sadly passed away recently.

And what better way to remember Malcolm but to have a rally in his memory.

The day started with reasonable weather and although it deteriorated as the day went on it did not dampen the enthusiasm for this special day.

After a moment silence to remember Malcolm we set off and although there was not a prolific amount of finds what came up was excellent.

The main purpose for the day was to raise funds for the Forest Holme Hospice.

A staggering £2585.45 was raised for the

Forest Holme Hospice.

And a further £300.00 donated to the TASC

(The Ambulance Service Charity).

WELL DONE TO EVERYONE INVOLVED

A rally that Malcolm would have approved of for sure.
