ACCOUNTS
Cubert Village Hall (CVH) have the accounts independently examined every financial year end. This used to be the end of December and since the 2016 year end, changed to the end of March. This results in a public accounts record known as the CC16a form.
The official form, CC16a, is uploaded onto the CC website by the CC under the registered charity pages for the CVH charity number of 300534. The uploading is now done online by the CVH committee.
The financial accounts for the year 1/4/22 to 31/3/23 have now been independently examined and signed off. There is a link to the public accounts form CC16a for this period at the bottom of this page
The form will be uploaded onto the Charity Commission (CC) website for the CVH charity number of 300534 as soon as the CC finish their re-development of the online software.
We are pleased to announce that all the backdated accounts are now up to date on the CC website. The accounts had not been registered on the CC website since 2007 as discovered in Sept 2021. We negotiated with the CC to permit time to update the financial records as we may well otherwise have lost our charity status. They had to be submitted oldest year first so this exercise has taken until Aug 2023 to complete. You may use the following link to find the CC website for the CVH
