HALL INSTRUCTIONS

Please scroll down to see our list of competitive charges for the Main Hall and Club Room plus a link to our Hall User's Instructions and our Cancellation Policy.  Please note that these charges are reviewed each year by the Village Hall Committee following the AGM.

 

MAIN HALL

VILLAGERS TIME NON-VILLAGERS
£9.00 per hour 6am - 6pm £11.00 per hour
10.00 per hour 6pm - Midnight £12.00 per hour

 

CLUB ROOM (Former Committee Room)

VILLAGERS TIME NON-VILLAGERS
£7.50 per hour 6am - Midnight £9.00 per hour

Please note.  The Club Room is used by the Cubert Social Club on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings from 6.30pm until 10.30pm and on Sundays from 3.30pm until 7.30pm.  It is also used on Saturday evenings when it is serving a main event in the Hall.  The hours shown include time for setting and clearing up.

£400.00 To be agreed £500.00

 

LOCAL ELECTIONS         £350.00 per day     

GENERAL ELECTIONS    £550.00 per day

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation received within 48 hours of the event taking place

No refund of monies paid will be given for this time period. Any monies owed for the cancelled event will be required to be paid.

Refunds of monies paid for cancellations due to exceptional circumstances, will be at the discretion of the Cubert Village Hall Committee.

Cancellation received prior to 48 hours of the event taking place

A full refund of monies paid will be given.
