CONSTITUTION - OCTOBER 2022
Click HERE to read the constitution based on the conveyance dated June 1951, which has been created in modern parlance and brought up to date using the proforma from the Charity Commission and the GOV.UK Charity trustee information. Please see Appendix 2 on the last page.
This has been ratified by the CVH Management Committee as of July 2022 who, at the AGM on 14th September 2022, extended the period for comments on the constitution to the 17th October 2022. The document was unanimously approved at the Special General Meeting on Monday October 24th.
The constitution has yet to be ratified by the Charity Commission
