Prices
Prices quoted are all inclusive. There is no charge for electricity.
The only additional charges that you will be asked to pay are if there is any unreasonable damage or breakages or if intensive cleaning is required at the end of your stay due to the accommodation being left in an unreasonable condition.
Maximum occupancy is 4 people (excluding a child in a cot). Weekly bookings are from Saturday, arriving after 5 p.m., departing the following Saturday by 9 a.m. Mid week and weekend breaks may be available in off-peak periods - please enquire.
Two or more week stays are available with a 5% discount on the second/third week. A linen change is provided at the end of each week.

Payment
A 25% non returnable deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is due two months before the start date of your holiday.
Payment by cheque or bank transfer is preferred.
