NAS Annual Excursion 2016

The Excursion Secretary wishes to announce that following the General Committee meeting on 1^st June 2016 it is with regret that the Society has to announce that the Annual Excursion for 2016 is cancelled.  The amount of response and interest shown by the membership has been incredibly low to the point that the venture is uneconomical.

The 2015 excursion ran at a considerable loss and this is not expenditure that the Society can sustain year on year.  A great deal of thought will be needed as to how future events will be organised.  The general feeling is that this may take the form of a get together using own transport rather than the expense of coach hire. The membership will be informed accordingly in 2017.
