Cold Ashby Parish - Further Wind Turbines Possible ?

An application has been made for the erection of a temporary 40.5m high anemometer mast for a period of up to 18 months in a field the Rambler believes is known as ‘Bottom Field’ or ‘Burdett‘, which belongs to Portly Ford Lodge.
The mast would enable wind data from the site to be collected and assessed for the potential of the site to accommodate a wind turbine.
You may read details of the application and leave comments on Daventry District Council’s website at this link.
