A covered square for Neath?

One of our readers has come up with an innovative and brilliant idea to rejuvenate Neath.    It is so simple that it is a wonder no-one has thought of it before.  The idea is to cover Neath's town square in a way that would allow traffic to flow under it when need be.

Perhaps not the same as the above at ground level - but the roof stucture should suit the nature of the town.

For open air events, we must cater for our weather which varies from one day to the next.    A covered area will be ideal for food and produce and any other displays for the public.
